ABOUT ZENKAI+
Our Story
After years of promoting electronic monitoring (EM) as a consultant, our founder saw a major gap: Japan needed modern, ready-to-deploy solutions—but progress was too slow.
That’s when ZENKAI+ was born: a company built for speed and localization.
Rising prices, tightening standards, and fierce competition from less transparent fleets are reshaping the market.
Japanese fisheries are still among the best in the world—but their dominance is fading. Why? Because quality alone isn’t enough anymore.
Today, trust is built on visibility. Sustainability. Proof.
Japan has an opportunity not just to catch up—but to lead.
By combining its tradition of excellence with modern tools like electronic monitoring, Japan can redefine its competitive edge for the next generation.
The challenge is communication.
Many Japanese fisheries are already doing the right things: reducing bycatch, protecting crews, seabird mitigation and participating in observer programs.
But these efforts often go unseen by the international buyers who care the most.
That’s why ZENKAI+ exists.
We give Japan’s fisheries a platform to be seen, understood, and trusted.
We showcase their work—not just for compliance, but for pride.
ZENKAI+ isn’t just about technology.
It’s about helping fisheries tell their story—clearly, credibly, and globally.
